Some quotes on friendship that i liked...

"Your friend is the man who knows all about you, and still likes you."

"Associate yourself with men of good quality if you esteem your own reputation; for 'tis better to be alone than in bad company."

"You show people what you're willing to fight for when you fight your friends."

"A friend is someone, who upon seeing another friend in immense pain, would rather be the one experiencing the pain than to have to watch their friend suffer."

"A friend is able to see you as the wonderful person God created you to be."

"True friends stab you in the front."

"It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them."

"A friend is one before whom you may think aloud."

"Eros will have naked bodies; Friendship naked personalities."

"In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

yeah, as the title suggests i am uninspired, because i don't have anything to write about, or i can't be bothered. Life is crazy at the mo, and i seem to be doing more and more, but its all good, it keeps me out of mischievous...well...sometimes. The main thing is that i am getting baptised next Sunday ( the 3rd). I'm really excited about that, but i still have to touch up my testimony and read several short books before next Sunday. But i will tell you about my day's at the stables.

7-8 Up bright and early, dressed, make my much, feeding guinea pigs, feeding myself and set off for the stables

8-10 Arrive at the yard, catch horses, groom, tack up, and sort the indoor out.

10-4 The lessons. 1/2 an hour each. usually i will work every other one, and on my breaks i sit in the tack room, with whoever is on a break, chat and eat. When i work, i will go round with generally a small person, from 5 - X. I hold the horse as they go round, chat to the small person, usually telling them what to do, and why they have to do it. The little ones are ace to talk to. And one of my breaks i ride.

4-5 Untack, groom, sort the hay out, and send the horses off to where ever they go either the indoor or the fields.

I have been doing this job for bout 5 years now, and in June i started to get paid a tenner each week, which although its only 1 10 an hour, i won't be able to get a job any where else, until I'm 16. So i stay. Its a right laf sometimes, but sometimes the girls get hyper, and when they are hyper they are extremely rude. They are alright tho, and they are funny, but i don't quite get accepted because i don't slag everyone off behind their backs (which is what everyone does, its horrible) and i don't swear and i don't talk about gross stuff.

So yeah.

and i managed to do a whole post without smileys aswell...things are looking up.

We did this passage in English today...i rather liked it, and some of the points are good. It might be a bit strong... what do people think?

If you would not fall short of the kingdom of heaven, take heed of inordinate passion. Many a ship has been lost in a storm; and many soul has been lost in a storm of unruly passions. Every member if the body is infected with sin, as every branch of wormwood is better; but " the tongue is full of deadly poison."James 3v8. Some care not what they say in their passion; they will censure, slander, and wish evil to others. How can Christ be in the heart, when the devil has taken possession of the tongue? Passion disturbs reason , it is brevis insania, a short frenzy. Jonah in a passion flies out against god. " i do well to be angry even unto death." Jonah 4 v 9. What! to be angry with god, and to justify it? " i do well to be angry;" the man was not well in his wits. Passions unfits for prayer. " i will, therefore, that men pray, lifting up holy hands, without wrath.2Tmothy 2v8. he that prays in wrath may lift up his hands in prayer, but he does not lift up holy hands. water, when hot, soon boils over; so; when the heart is heated with anger, it soon boils over in fiery passionate speeches. Some curse others in their passion. Let those whose tongues are set on fire take heed that they do not one day in hell desire a drop of water to cool them. Oh, if you would not miss the heavenly kingdom, beware of giving way to unbridled passions. some say, words are but wind; but they are such a wind as may blow them to hell.

Monday til Friday found me at the Grubbs. I have to say that it is one of my favourites places ever, and it was one of the best weeks in my life, along side camps.

I love the grubbs so much. I quickly got into the routine.

I miss the Grubbs. I miss chatting to bex about anything and everything. I miss teasing and joking with Josh, while drying the dishes. I miss Hannah's inconsistency. I miss listening to Sam's stories about him n farmer Phil. I miss having a little sister, who wanted to be hugged and kissed all the time, who was always wanting me to read to her, and to listen to her read. I miss sitting on the stairs, waiting for Bex to finish in the bathroom, and listen to Sam's grunting as he is doing his pull ups. I miss snugging up on the sofa when we were watching a film. I miss chuckling to myself whenever i saw Sam's hat. I miss laughing at josh when he strolls about in a towel showing off how many times he can lift up 20 kg ( or something). I miss sorting out which forks and knives etc go in the right draws. I miss looking into the real log fire and dreaming. I miss waking up and being all cold and then snuggling down into my sleeping bag. I miss walking with bex, while sorting out our lives... and everyone else's:P I miss talking we bex, Sam n josh bout camp. I miss listening to Jesse Mccartney and Kelly clarkson, Natasha bedingfield etc. i miss matchmaking everyone to their worse ever match. I miss listening to Miriam's silly comments, like 'abi, are you married' and 'when Sam gets in you can marry him' etc. I miss me and bex shopping with Miriam (while everyone gave us dirty looks, cos they thought that miriam's was my baby, since she has blue eyes, and blonde hair). I miss bex, who is the best ever person in the whole wide world:D

i didn't want to come home. But i did. And i found a new coat and some bags, and MY NEW IPOD MINI!!!!!i ts lovelyyyyy. i will post a picture of it soon i think.

Anyway, today has been a bit crazy. I'm sitting talking to a friend, and listening to snow patrol. The house is full of boys:S who were looking at me and laughing, so i think i will go and see whats so funny...
